The following services are included in your entry fee;

  • Race Entry to the 4-day Stage Race.
  • Airport Meet and Greet on arrival.
  • Airport Pick-Up / Drop-Off on arrival and departure.
  • Hotel Accommodation (Hotel Package) for 4 nights (17th, 18th, 19th, 20th December). Rooms are double occupancy in each hotel. Access to all hotel leisure facilities.
  • Tented Accommodation (Camping Package) in the Tented Village for 4 nights (17th, 18th, 19th, 20th December). One two-man tent per participant is provided. This includes a mattress, sleeping bag, pillow, set-up and take-down service at each location.
  • Meals including breakfast and Arabian Nights BBQ dinner.
  • Amenities at the Race Village including hotel leisure facilities.
  • Timing and giveaways.
  • Awards at the Evening Race Briefing.
  • Check Points on routes to track all riders.
  • Route Marshals to ensure all riders are on the right course and are not experiencing any on course difficulties.
  • Sweeper Team (Camels) ensuring everyone gets home safe. They can provide emergency on course mechanical assistance to get you to the finish.
  • Feed Stations providing on course nutrition and liquids.

The Arabian Epic (UAE) has 4 different categories for this year's edition:

*The minimum age to compete is set at 18 years old on or before the first day of the race.

Participation Requirements


The 4-day stage race is a challenging endurance event open to elite and amateur cyclists of all disciplines. The routes feature various distances, terrain and includes a lot of climbing. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrive with a necessary level of fitness and stamina to compete.

All entrants will sign a waiver upon registration.


The minimum age to compete is set at 18 years old on or before the first day of the race.


This list contains the absolute minimum requirements in order to stay safe in this environment and must be suitable to you. They must be carried on each stage of the race.

  • A Helmet
  • Windproof jacket
  • GPS Navigation Device - GPX files to be loaded onto device for bike check on race morning.
  • Tool Kit - Must contain two spare tubes (if using tubeless ensure sealant is refreshed and carry at least 1 tube as an emergency  back-up), a bike pump, a multi-tool, tyre lever, patch kit and a chain  breaker (that you know how to use). A speed link/spare chain link is  also useful 
  • First Aid Kit - Including bandages, plasters, tape, gauze, whistle and a survival  blanket. We also recommend carrying pain relief medication (e.g.  Panadol) for headaches, sunscreen and electrolyte replacement powder, along with other medications you might need (e.g. prescription or hay fever medication)
  • Water - do not underestimate the danger of dehydration in this climate
